Poor training, resulting in frequent reprimand over improper “procedure” or processes, despite the fact they gave you NO training on them. They only utilize staffing agencies, explicitly conveying the fact you are 100% replaceable; they cannot be bothered with involvement in the types of employees they hire. They do not want accountability in the hiring process and want the ability to easily dispose of their temps. They will give you a starting salary and then change it- greatly. I was told pay was $17 per hour, only to find out I was now being paid $13. Then Lead you on about being temp to hire. Give you positive, ravenous feedback on how you’re doing, and randomly have the agency fire you. Spoke with quite a few employees that actually had their three month temporary status extended multiple times- up to a year, because they didn’t want to invest.
