Micromanagement at its finest. Being treated like a child. Lots of cliques, and if your face doesn’t fit, they’ll turn against you. Staff constantly talking about customers and management, but then act like goody two shoes to their faces. Unrealistic targets and heavy workload, just like a sales position without the commission. Allocating excessively large caseloads to the team because of the high staff turnover. Hot desking - although the favourites seemed to have their own desks, even if having personal items to cheer up the space was strictly forbidden.

Pay is not too bad

Management do not listen to anything. Very unprofessional way of working. Bullying frequently happens. Regularly ask you to do things outside of job responsibilities. Can’t take criticism even when trying to help.
