Upper management (home office) is negligent. Heard "figure it out" a lot when shipped too much product for our location that we knew wouldn't sell but couldn't ship to another store. The kinds of people they uplift are toxic. Managers can be written up and terminated with very little effort but a miserable employee has to mess up a LOT before anything is done. They make sure you know how replaceable you are.
