Amazing benefits and time-off plan, opportunity to work remote or hybrid depending on the position, no dress code, and very relaxed office environment. Actively working on improving company culture using an outside 3rd party company.
Kontras
They grew in size very quickly and it shows. No performance review process as of now, no job descriptions or roles, Leadership team feels like a boys club. If you have any sort of critique or criticism about how things are, the CEO will probably just see you as being overly negative. God forbid you use a word he doesn't like/agree with.
