Management is great in creating a culture that understands the work load and the skills you bring to the able. They are willing to not only assist you where they can, but train you as well. All management have an open door policy. The work load can be very challenging, but it helps to have a great team.

Season of challenging work overload.

Nice customers and hard working colleagues. Apart from this not much nice I can say.

"Management" is extremely unprofessional. They treat the staff very bad, literally noone likes them. They get upset when you want to leave, even if you give more than the required notice. You are not allowed to leave unless they are the ones who tell you to. I have been told I can't just leave when I please!!?? I have never experienced anything like this before. They should have thanked me for my hard work.
