While I was at the ELC we really tried to establish a family-feel. The policies (vision) and mission of the school was thought out and the development of children was the first order of business.

The school was run by a board that did not have the interest of the teachers or the children at heart. They had a strict business mentality and changed the positive retention of qualified staff by taking away benefits at a critical time.
