Local level management and staff are wonderful.
Kontras
Company cannot seem to get it together. Constantly changing policies and procedures, laying off, restructuring, changing softwares, etc. Vendors go months without payment so centers go without needed supplies, equipments, and services, including having utilities shut off for non payment. Pay is not competitive to other childcare centers in the area. Corporate level managers are not supportive or responsive to needs at the center level. Benefits are offered but are unaffordable.
