- HK small enterprise stupid and narrow mindset (even with the EY name, you are not global or international at all) - Unrealistic project timelines with low-ass resources (in fact you basically have no resources most of the time) - They fired so many people that no one is left to actually finish things on time - Low salary and with basically zero incentives - No standard procedures ever — everything is handled randomly all the time - Wasting tons of time dealing with those pointless EY training requirements and compliance crap

Onboarding process lacked structure and proactive support. Manager appeared very busy and provided minimal guidance, making it hard to learn effectively.
