Despite having proven through the COVID-era that employees can successfully work remotely senior leadership is planning a full return to office 5 days/wk. Lousy healthcare benefits, below-avg compensation. Employees with less than 40 hrs/wk of project work are forced to create technical documents to justify charging to company time when the root cause is the firm not winning projects.
