Pros
I started a year ago, I've been welcome with open arms by my new teammates and I've been trained by the best of them. I've worked with one most amazing and wonderful people, already ready to help and make sure the result are reached. Every dept is connected with each other, that way you learn to know almost every one, you can also collaborate or work on projects with another dept. The headquarter office is wonderful, although you can work from home , it'll be a shame to not drop by at the office at least twice a week. Don't forget the events wicht are organised by the event ERG and talking about ERG : There is an events ERG , they organised small company events and city trips, Parental ERG who represent employees with children, really reliable Diversity ERG who represents the rainbow and purple employees but also everything about Diversity and inclusion, Gender, racial etc. I'm grateful for the flexibility and independence the company and managers allowed to have during my time here.
Kontras
The Townhall each quarter, specially when the number are not so great , it can be really demotivating. The location of the headquarter office although close the highway but still 45 min to 1 hour travel one way.
