Constant jobs available. You able to choose the schools you'd like to work at and keep an eye on available upcoming full time positions.
Kontras
Long wait times, lack of internal communication, incorrect pay amounts, unnecessary middle man. It is easier to work directly with districts. I never had a problem working with districts directly, but with Source4Teachers the process of substituting becomes more complicated and tedious.
