Pros
Excellent business model. Partnerships with clients and networks across insurance industry which results in a solid product, excellent, customized service. Some outstanding, very dedicated employees who understand how to do what needs to be done and have the dedication to get it done. Well paid, by industry standards, in certain positions, and usual salary increases.
Kontras
Little incentive beyond commission based salary for PMs, resulting in incentive to maximize hours billed. Limited training, poor quality control, poor internal auditing of projects for lessons learned, generally aloof, disconnected, and otherwise uninspiring managers (some exceptions but this is the rule). Some staff are very poorly paid, and some extremely well... bad office dynamics, poor teamwork environment. Limited cohesion on the goals of the company and the general strategy and direction of management.
