Worse ever - Adjunct Lecturer bei ESDAC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I haven't observed any pros-

Private art and design college. Students are extremely demanding, arrogant, non working., all the time unhappy, 'we paid money, we want the service and best grades'. Administration is trying the best, but all the time on the stuck with the budget. Where the tuition fees are going ??? NO any curriculum for the courses, no any staff meetings and curriculum discussion. 90% of lecturers are paid on the hour bases, they do their hours and go home. HUGE amont of students. Totally unhealthy working conditions. I was overexploited for the salary 200 euros above the minimum wage. For the huge work I have done with 180 students.NO any thank you from the administration or students. AVOID ESDAC
