I learned the methodology of a landscape architecture office. The projects range from ok to fun but the fun ones are given at a favoritism level.

My experience at this company was disappointing. Many commitments didn’t materialize. Leadership often promised more than they delivered, and the work environment felt inefficient and disorganized. The management structure was heavily male-dominated, with the top eight positions all held by men. Compensation was below market for the workload and expectations.
