EPOS's management does not care about its employees. This is evident from the fact that they offer zero company benefits, including no pension, no employee events, low salaries, and a high turnover rate. There have been three rounds of firings in the past year, and there is no retention strategy in place. People are leaving the company and not being replaced, and those who remain are just looking for new jobs. There is a great deal of mistrust in management, and the atmosphere is very sad. The only good thing about EPOS used to be its people, but they have either been fired or left.
