Additionally, the bonus system lacks transparency and appears to favor only top-tier employees, leaving others without rewards.

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
