      Anybody who is planning to join EIS project with EPAM India, this post is intended to those specifically.. Your life would be no better than hell if you join this project, you will be burdened with stupid and unnecessary trainings, will have to face micromanagement(Thanks to the new DM joined) , no fixed project and finally bad politics between EPAM India and Poland . There is nobody to listen to you as the DM(A lady Joined as a Director) is non cooperative and stubborn. You will be harassed to relocate to your base location and work from office even when the client is from US/CE region

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Kontras

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
