Pros

Good monetary benefits but lack of good projects will end up in maintenance.

Management is worst, they don't have a plan for the execution of things, project lifecycles, etc. Projects are falling because of planning issues. No proper roles are defined in projects, everything is one-to-one, treating like slaves. You will be hired for one role but irrespective of role you will be asked to work on everything, this will spoil your career. They don't listen to employees and are afraid of the same company employees onsite. No Work-life balance. You have to work on your own, with no support from management. You will be left with no clue about what is happening in the project.

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
