1. The company did not offer fixed salary option to me but has offered to others.
2. Not many projects so you get paid less when on bench and high bench period.
This is for all types of employment.
1. We need to give project interview before being billed to it. And the interviewers are highly selective. They only accept answers what they want to hear.anyother logical answer or even it is framed slightly differently you will not be selected.
And company started to sack employees for lack of projects and they are asking people to resign who joined just 3 months back and didn't even start working. I don't understand why they have hired in the first place.
