They have basic hygiene in the offices and give you money for work. That's it.

Kontras

It's the most toxic culture you can imagine. The code quality is like of the Russian Army. Lot of code, little sense. Managers are bullies, everyone has ranks. It's a bad joke. But. If you have no money, and no job, and they give you one, it beats begging on the street. A little bit, but it does.
