Micromanagement , Retention Policy is very unprofessional saying there are lots of factor to consider that's it , HR is very rude and helpless ,Partiality in package with same Experience ,skills and position .

We will review your feedback more critically to understand the issue, however, please note that EPAM considers both internal and external factors when creating a Total Rewards package - one component of which is salary. EPAM reviews salaries on an annual basis, and provides for raises based on internal factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives. We strive to align our pay for performance philosophy with employee expectations.
