      - Nice relocation support - Benefits such as unlimited entry to gym, 200-500 PLN vouchers for some stores - Some online learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning

      Kontras

      - If you are Senior Software Engineer you will feel like a regular or junior engineer - Almost everyone is Senior Software Engineer - Senior Engineer interview is very easy - Senior Engineer salary is very low and you almost have no impact - It looks like they hire anyone with low salary and just give them Senior Software Engineer title to make them happy - Depending on the client you might be happy or sad (I never were happy)

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
