Pros
- insurance is not bad comparing to other out-staffing companies; - you can say "I'm fed up for this project" and might be relocated, but you must work one more year (or pay-back whatever you owe for expenses); - you might be lucky to get a GC (but it will take too much time, artificially slowing down).
Kontras
- Poor salary rates. - You will be just a resource, no one is going to care about you. It's just a business. - You might be lucky to work on some EPAM's clients with a modern tech stack and good management, but I haven't seen it within 4 projects. - There is no culture for the team buildings in the company, New Year events are cheap, or even it's not organized. - You might be blamed for some harassment, just to do not do a salary review and/or bonuses. Funny thing that one RM might say you "pass assessment and increase your job title" for salary review, but meanwhile another one "I don't care about it, show off yourself for client". Don't expect significant royalty for your ambitions and overtime.
