      Start-up mindset and culture. Nice out-of-work activities. Lots of meet-ups, millions of training possibilities. Lot of projects to work on. Relocation possibilities.

      Salaries are extremely low compared to the market. Communication is the painpoint of the company. You get lost in information and information gets lost in the company as well very easily.

People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
