      Gute Work-Life-Balance. Gutes Gehalt dafür, dass man nicht hart arbeiten muss.

      Man arbeitet nicht für EPAM, wird jedoch als Auftragnehmer an eine große Bank verkauft. Als Auftragnehmer erhält man weder normale Ausstattung noch einen festen Schreibtisch im Büro der Bank, muss aber trotzdem dort arbeiten. Wenn man Glück hat, erhält man einen 3 Jahre alten Laptop und wenn nicht, 6 Jahre oder älter. Die Technologieplattform ist veraltet (IE11 und JSP in 2018) und es ist sehr schwer, irgendetwas Neues einzuführen. Die politischen Machenschaften sind dem Management wichtiger als das tatsächliche Liefern von Software. Die Softwareprüfung ist komplett manuell und der Freigabezyklus beträgt 3-6 Monate.

      Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
