Thank you for your feedback and apologies for having you to go through not so good experience about referrals. Our referral program is very transparent. As part of referral program, Associates need to upload the resume against each open position online and similarly TA team does the same. We do explain to associate if there are any anomalies. Towards referral program, we have rewarded more than 100 associates and we also reward those who share more than 10 relevant profiles matching the JD.
Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
