- Amazing office with nice extras. - Good location. - Transparent requirements for promotion.

- Work day is 8.5 hours long, and it is calculated automatically. 8 hours on paper, but 30 minutes of "mandatory lunch break" is always subtracted from your work hours, even if you finish lunch faster. - Job insecurity. When you're hired, you go on a "bench", you're not actually working. You have to go to further job interviews inside the company, and then with their clients too to start working. Until you land a "productive" job, you're a liability. The same happens when your project ends.

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
