Mentor enabled learning courses with hands-on assignment for up-skilling instead of classroom training's which are not very effective for real learning. Stable company with 20%+ year on year growth for last 5+ years. EPAM in India is going thru the transformation and it is starting to get visible on the floor. The hiring practices, employee onboarding, employee engagement, delivery management approach, and career development practices are all being transformed. Engineering events like Global day of Code Retreat, Coding Dojo, Coding Kata, and EngX week are being organized to mix fun with learning and to celebrate being an engineer. The culture is very direct and candid. Expect DMs and AMs to be very direct in their communication. The expectations on technology capability, code quality and the engineering practices to be followed are high and are very similar to product companies. Current office is old style. New office is being designed which will be very modern and should be ready by end of this year.
