- could be interesting company with potential to lear and grow for skilled junior to mid-senior IT specialists, primarily in the US and CIS region - internal and global mobility - attractive projects for premium clients

Kontras

- can be very sad experience for non-tech./production staff - rigidity and in some cases total incompetence and/or arrogance of management - inability to understand/adapt to a local market and mentality - lengthy and/or stupid processes, corporate bureaucracy, poor communication - rather sub-standard remuneration - treatment of employees in general

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
