Remote work is one of the biggest perk. These days , company focus is to make AI ready employees which is a good learning opportunity for employees and free Claude courses and certifications.

No job security, lay offs are being done silently. If you are not AI ready then you are on the firing list. Interviews are lengthy. Favourites or old employees are safe. Functional testing practice has most layoffs these days. Either upskill to automation and AI or ready to get warnings from HR & put presaure for resign. People are getting laid off even after coming on bench just 2 weeks ago.
