Pros

-A lot of opportunities for the career growth - mentoring, unlimited courses, vebinars and trainings -flexible schedule of work -a lot of relaxing stuff in the Voronezhskaya office - kicker, X-box, table tennis, relax room, Darts and etc. -quite often there some nice events like coderetreats, hackatons, meetups and etc.

-Very average salary on the IT job market -3 distributed offices - so you can't take part in some activities in all three of them -some benefits like Volleybal and football only once a week. -quite lot of non-work responsibilities, like review on your teammates, long process of the promotion

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
