The new CEO eliminated some key departments and positions without understanding the value & importance of those areas. These changes have had a critical impact to the company as a whole. There is significant attrition due to lack of confidence in the new leadership, having to work excessive hours and no pay raises in the past year. To add, the recent communications of changes to the broader organization have led to more and more questions as there is no real clear plan and the details to back it.
