Work environment sometimes felt high-pressure with emphasis on urgency and job security concerns. Overall experience: My experience was challenging and led to significant burnout. I joined during a period when I needed an opportunity, but the work environment did not align with my expectations of growth, support, and balance.

The environment is perfect, all seniors and team members are very supportive. It doesn't feel like you are working in an office, it feels like a place where you work learn, and enhance your skills in a healthy competitive environment.

The only thing which I feel is the level of work is not that high where the leading companies lie
