Pros

The environment and culture of this company is hands down the biggest pro they offer. I have never once dreaded coming into work here. Our skills are always being tested and improved upon. We work with fortune 500 companies. It's a very autonomous atmosphere, while at the same time maintaining a strong team feeling.

Kontras

You can never stop learning and pushing yourself. You have to constantly being growing, adapting, and learning new skills quickly to meet any and all client objectives and wants! The Edutainment industry is not for the week of heart. The creative industry doubly so!

Pros

The ELM team is easy to work with and very supportive for freelance/contract LXDs and Learning Strategists. The clients are also very interesting with some challenging-but-exciting needs that helped push my skills in a good way.

Kontras

The work is fast-paced, so it requires full concentration at times. It's very difficult to juggle two or more opportunities at a time.
