Pay. Long hours and workload,. People are always crying. Decisions can’t be made and keep changing all the time and you get blamed if anything doesn’t go to plan. Poor benefits and holiday. The people team seem set on catching people out and giving warnings to lots of people but they are allowed to behave badly and not called out but they do what they want. Not much chance of promotion as they are never advertised.
