He treats his entire team with no respect and treats women with no respect and values . There is no diversity, training , processes and you are on your own to succeed. The UK team does not care about the NA team and HR plays a significant role in the toxicity that drives that business. The turnover is extremely high l. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, learn and feel supported this is not it.
