Pros

Remote work opportunity, Great work/life balance if you don't log on. They won't hound you on your personal cell or blow up your email. My direct manager looks out for her team.

Kontras

In the last two years I've worked here, ELB has: - Massively lowballed my initial salary negotiation - Cut said salary by 10% (and all full-time employees' salaries) for several months last year. Thankfully, they DID repay this with 10% interest on top of it, but it was a rough few months. - Never directly turned down my request for a raise, but stalled conversations about it for over a year now. - Gone through several rounds of layoffs, only to rehire the exact same roles in yet another failed "business restructure." - Dumped their thinning bank accounts into exceptionally subpar AI products that they can't sell. - And just as of today announced a new PTO/ sick days policy that reduces all time off by at LEAST 24 hours and takes it from a "lump sum" added in the beginning of the year to accrual per paycheck, effective immediately. Also adds an accrual cap to PTO and sick time based on time with the company. Which, you know, massively screws over all the new hires! ELB Learning is a sinking ship being steamrolled by much bigger companies, and it shows.
