Yearly spanish classes (3 times a week) - competitive salary - they motivate you to learn and they provide help and peering.

Weak internal communication between managers and consultants - Fake promises ( they said that we will have a salary review every 6 month which did not happen) - Exaggerated micro-management - some managers show no respect for consultants. For some colleagues the 3 times a week Spanish classes that are out of work hours (43 hours total) are a bit exhausting - intensive training.
