Disgusting experience - Project Manager bei EDICOM: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Each Project Manager must be in charge of ~50 projects, planning people who just left university with huge customers. The model is unacceptable and work-life balance inexisting. Nice company to learn and look for better options in the industry. A lot of technical unstability and constant issues, you're more a firefighter than a Project Manager. Having more responsability doesn't have any change in the wage, hence it's a company in which lazy people is sadly becoming the trend. Project Manager responsibles are only hiding these problems to management so more and more people will leave.
