Upper management protects lies of supervisors and encouraging lying cultures at EDD. Supervisors and lower managers teach employees how to cheat on state time sheet, bully employees and create incorrect things to write up employees in order for them to quit or supervisors terminate employees without giving unemployment benefit. What EDD preaches about their policies do not match with what it does.
