Excellent, hard working office staff and program staff - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei EDCO Collaborative: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The staff was very welcoming and happy to have me there. I was a sophomore in college at the time so I was just happy to get some experience under my belt.

I was just an intern and though it was a great opportunity I felt I wasn't pushed to my potential, but that is a very minor con.

Great kids, all the new hires are great people and highly qualified. Some returning teachers should not have returned. There is great potential, but the administration does not allow anything to happen.

There is only one administrator and he is never around, doesnt respond to email, rarely attends staff meetings and basically never makes a decision, he wants to collaborate with some of his barely competent staff or just treats his employees with no respect or appreciation! Nothing productive can get done, there are no policies, rules, or consequences for the kids and none of that is a priortity to managememt! There is no growth for the program, staff, or students. Oh, and you cant go to HR if you have any problems! And they pay less than surrounding districts.
