There are some good people that work here. Shutdown for a week in July and in December oh wait the overlords in Taiwan don't like that word "Maintence weeks".
Kontras
Stagnat postions and pay raise are horrible you are luck to get 1.5 to 2 percent. Someone always gets a 0% raise in every dept. Schedule sucks. They gave us one big bonus when they started the lower raises to compensate but they are not guaranteed and are getting smaller and smaller. They want to move production to Taiwan eventually.
