Pros
- So many learning opportunities if you're willing to pursue them - Many possible career paths if you work for them - People who are friendly, sincere, and care about the work we do - Fun work environment, very casual - Great clients, great projects, opportunity to work on big name apps - Size of team is not too big and not too small (startup feel, but with more people) - Flexible PTO and work schedules - can work from home when something comes up, they treat you like an adult as long as you're responsible - Generally clear expectations
Kontras
- This isn't a con, but you do have to work hard at Dynamit - expectations are high, and we hold each other to quality work - This isn't a place where you climb the ladder as easily as more corporate places - again with the high expectations - you need to work hard and be consistent to move up in the structure. Likely not a good fit if you expect frequent promotions. - Sometimes processes aren't really defined. This is great for flexibility, but can be challenging to get used to if you like a lot of structure.
