Each project is different on where they are located. I can only speak to Pittsburgh. When transitioning to leadership, nothing was provided to in outlines, prepared, discussed, etc. everything was practically self-taught in the leadership position with actual Business Services and Program leadership getting the training in coaching, monitoring, performance adherence, etc. 0 help from the top management there (PD) there who will retaliate if you decide to go around them in any way - (there is no retaliation clause or procedure within their handbook) Project atmosphere is based on fear and being thrown in if you are apart of Business Services/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Again, no true avenue or safe space to discuss issues within corporate in fear of retaliation from the top management. Within corporate - exit interviews or things are said but nothing is ever done about them even if there have been multiple counts from multiple sources. Would only recommend if you are a change maker who can make things better there. Frontline staff and mid-level management (anything but director) is not worth the disrespect and stress.
