I had a mostly positive experience working at DSG. The majority of the team was fantastic to collaborate with, and I appreciated the presence of many long-term employees. Engaging with customers was a highlight for me. In the early days, there was a refreshing lack of micromanagement; as long as we met our billing targets and kept complaints at bay, we enjoyed a good amount of independence in our work. You learn a lot because you are exposed to all different types of customers and technology.

Managing a substantial book of business can certainly be stressful, particularly during hurricane season. The compensation model, which is based on billable hours, has its advantages and disadvantages.
