I can't really think of any unless you live close by.

I have only been working there a short while, however the place is located in what appears to be an industrial dump. The working environment is very "point finger" and tense. DDC is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. There is absolutely no training materials and the product is older than dinosaurs.

Pleasant place to work with smart & dedicated people. Those that don't fit this description generally don't remain with the company for too long. My main purpose in providing this review (uncharacteristically) is primarily to counter the two strongly negative reviews that appeared in the past few weeks. One of the reviews is by someone claiming to be a current client account manager and claims to have been in this role for 8+ years. This is obviously false (as I can attest since I have been on site for the past 3 years) as there is no account manager on site that has been with the company for nearly that long. Those account managers that have been with the company for that long have been working remotely and therefore have no basis for claiming "silence all day" or "horrible culture". The rest of the claims are just as outrageous as is the review about the CEO. The clients that gravitate to DDC are those that place great importance on a highly customizable solution. This focus on meeting client specifications has always been part of the design & development practices of the product & dev teams at DDC.
