Super easy to get imposture syndrom due to the super high talent density. All information is shared in written form so can be quite overwhelming at first. (our slack channel is insane) People are quite senior here too so can be daunting for younger profiles but what a learning experience if you can make it through the door. Work load is intense, use agents to help you out !
