Pay wasn't bad, internal systems were pretty good too. Some of the people are great.
Kontras
Poor management structure and no conflict resolution. Benefits are actually awful. So I advise anyone looking at this, don't just look at the pay, look at the PTO time, holidays, cost of healthcare, etc. Its below standard in Higher Ed.
