The organization really does it's best to accommodate employees and provide a work life balance. The Executive Leadership Team is very approachable. You are NOT just a number to anyone that works here. The majority of employees are dedicated to doing good work, and are willing to educate and help others in areas of development. I have learned a great deal from my peers. Hard work is recognized and opportunities for additional responsibilities are granted if you prove yourself deserving.

More concrete Project Plans are necessary. Consultants often do more work than what is outlined in the Scope of the project to appease the client. A solid Project Plan (and communication is part of that plan) to set the expectations of the client would go a long way in getting projects closed. Additionally, keeping realistic timelines for work completion is necessary. Sometimes you simply cannot do it any faster than stated, selling a project to a client with the assurance it will get done in less time than what SME's indicate is setting everyone up for failure.
