Great concept, good pay, minimum flexibility

CEO#3 created a toxic work environment during anyone who she didn’t hire, including the people who created the concepts. A culture of exclusion, non diversity was created and it terrified most people. CEO needs to be replaced to return the. Know how back to where it was. Also there was no HR team to assist with transition or employee relations. CEO relies too heavily on an operations manager to run the company cross functionally. Not working.

Thank you for your feedback. The pandemic certainly impacted our business operations throughout 2020. It has been tough period for many hospitality companies, including DriveShack.
